Abstract

Promoting early childhood education institutions to build their image and credibility requires more efficient media. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence early childhood education center managers' attitudes toward using Google Sites as an information and promotion tool through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study employs a quantitative approach with an cross-sectional design that is both confirmatory and correlational, using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS with respondents totaling 110 teachers in Early Childhood Education Institutions (PAUD) who serve as administrators in West Semarang District. Data were collected using a questionnaire through Google Forms. The results of the study indicate a positive and significant influence in the Google Sites training: from perceived enjoyment to perceived usefulness (0.767); from user experience on training to perceived usefulness (0.744); from perceived usefulness to attitude toward using (0.595); and from perceived usefulness to attitude toward using (0.311). Perceived enjoyment had a positive and significant indirect effect on attitude toward using (0.232), and user experience on training with a coefficient 0.456 on attitude toward use. Therefore, the selection of the TAM framework provides a specific framework for measuring administrators’ acceptance of Google Sites as an institutional website.
