Guidelines for ICEGPL 2025 Presenters

Abstract Registration is Mandatory

All presenters must register their presentation titles and abstracts through the registration link provided:
https://bit.ly/ICEGPL_2025

 

Abstract Review and Letter of Acceptance (LoA)

The submitted abstracts will be evaluated by the scientific committee.

Only abstracts that meet the conference criteria will receive a Letter of Acceptance (LoA).

The LoA will serve as confirmation of acceptance as a presenter at ICEGPL 2025.

 

Coaching Clinic for Presenters
A Coaching Clinic will be held in early August 2025 to guide presenters in improving their manuscripts, ensuring quality in accordance with the conference standards.

 

Full Paper Submission
After the Coaching Clinic, all accepted presenters are required to submit their full paper.

The full paper template can be downloaded from the link provided in the LoA.
Important Reminder

Registration for the title and abstract is a prerequisite to participate as a presenter.
Only participants with accepted abstracts will proceed to the full paper submission stage.
