Abdiku Negeri: Jurnal Pengabdian untuk Pendidikan is committed to protecting authors' intellectual property rights while ensuring the broad dissemination and reuse of scholarly knowledge.

1. Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in their published articles.

By submitting a manuscript to Abdiku Negeri: Jurnal Pengabdian untuk Pendidikan, authors do not transfer ownership of the copyright to the journal or its publisher.

Authors retain the right to use, reproduce, distribute, archive, and reuse their published work for legitimate scholarly, educational, and research purposes, subject to the terms of the applicable Creative Commons license.

2. License to Publish

By accepting an article for publication, authors grant Abdiku Negeri: Jurnal Pengabdian untuk Pendidikan a non-exclusive license to:

  • publish the article;
  • reproduce and distribute the published version;
  • make the article publicly available online;
  • identify the journal as the original publisher;
  • include the article in journal issues, databases, repositories, and indexing services;
  • preserve and archive the article; and
  • disseminate the article through appropriate scholarly communication channels.

This license does not transfer copyright ownership from the authors to the journal.

3. Creative Commons License

All articles published by Abdiku Negeri: Jurnal Pengabdian untuk Pendidikan are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) License.

Under the CC BY 4.0 license, users may:

  • share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format;
  • adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material; and
  • use the material for any lawful purpose, including commercial purposes,

4. Author Rights

Authors retain the right to:

  • share the published article;

  • reuse portions of the article in subsequent scholarly works;
  • develop the published work into future research or educational materials; and

Authors should provide proper citation to the original publication when reusing or redistributing the article.

5. Third-Party Material

Authors are responsible for ensuring that all third-party materials included in their manuscripts are appropriately cited and that permission is obtained where required.

Third-party materials may be subject to copyright or licensing terms that are different from those applied to the article itself.

The CC BY 4.0 license applies only to material for which the journal and authors have the necessary rights to grant such a license.
